A top rated auto repair shop in Orlando!

I googled auto shops in the area in which I work so it’ll be easy for me to drop off/pick up my car the day it gets serviced and this was the first place that popped up. I called and spoke to Corey, and he was professional and helpful. I needed an oil change along with other services, and they assured me that my car would be in great hands so I booked the appointment. Corey knew I was worry-some of the cost, because of course when we go to get our car serviced we don’t always know what we are walking into. I was quoted over the phone a specific amount, and when I dropped my car off it was actually $20 less than what I was told. That’s a full tank of gas for me! After work I picked my car up and I met Joe, the owner, who was just so nice. I had been getting quotes at places like Pepboys and Firestone. One place was trying to charge me an arm and a leg for an oil change, and the other I had a terrible customer service experience with. Being a female, it’s common for chain auto garages to take advantage of us and give us a price too high because “We don’t know any better”, but Joe and his crew at Orlando Import Auto Specialists showed me that there are people in the auto industry that have the best interest for not only their customers, but their wallets too. Thanks Joe and Corey! I will be back!

This shop is honest. I haven’t actually had work done here yet, but I was so impressed this shop’s honesty that I had to write a review. I was referred to OIAS by a local I met; he told me that they will fix your car at a fair price or tell you to go elsewhere if they know it’s something they can’t handle in-house.

I had gone to a dealership and called OIAS to tell them what the car issues were. They told me that they could fix two out of three, but the third would need to go to a different shop – which had the resources to program my car’s computer. Even though they referred me to another shop, I feel incredibly grateful and echo the other reviews about this shop’s trustworthyness. For this reason alone, I will bring my car here from now on whenever I run into an issue. I will also recommend them to anyone who asks.

Heard nothing but good things from several people and they’ve taken great care of my fiance’s vehicle in the past. 5 Star mechanics are incredibly rare but these guys are honest and fair and willing to work with you to get repairs done as soon as possible.

I just went in after I’d gotten new tires and the folks at the tire place said they couldn’t align them because the strut mounts were so worn and that there was some front end damage. I went to Orlando Import Auto and asked if they could take a look at it for me and let me know if it was something that needed to get done ASAP or if it would survive a trip to Miami and back because I’m leaving in 4 days to go get married. They said they’d take a look and when I went to pick the car back up, Corey told me that there were just some bolts missing and some loose nuts that were causing some problems and a lot of noise. They replaced the bolts and tightened everything up, and said that it would definitely be okay to drive to Miami and back, but to align the tires and replace the strut mount when I am able to. I asked him how much it would be for the labor of taking everything apart and all of that and he handed me my keys and said “have a happy wedding”

This is the only shop I would take my car too. They’re honest and have excellent service and prices. Save yourself some money and go to the best!!!

This was my first time coming here. I’m a very satisfied customer. Orlando Import Auto is super knowledgeable, professional, and honest. They are amazing! I’ve had them work on my Toyota Camry twice and both times they have delivered service with excellence. They are so nice, helpful, and quick to get work done!

I really like this shop.
I had a grinding noise coming from my rear end (er, my car’s rear end).
I researched online, and had an idea of what it might be. I called these guys, and made an appointment. However, when I took it to the shop, of course – it didn’t make the noise. This happened a couple of times.
If I was right about the noise, it wouldn’t be an expensive fix, but would involve some work.
I took it in again today, and they saw me right away, even though they were obviously busy. We took it for a spin and my car grindingly cooperated. They took my keys and I decided to wait. 15 minutes later, they handed me back my keys and sent me on my way, with my car fixed, no grinding noise – and didn’t charge me anything.
Definitely recommend!

These folks run a quality business. My old truck gave them unexpected fits but they persevered like it was their own vehicle. I run a business and I can guarantee they were upside down on my vehicle. Impressed and appreciated.

I’ve know these guys 25+ years! They’re honest and competitive with their pricing. They won’t ever do something that doesn’t need to be done. They’re awesome, trustworthy and know their stuff.
